What to expect
Winterizing for New Jersey freezes
Water left in plumbing lines or equipment can freeze and crack pipes, pumps and filters over a New Jersey winter. We shut down the equipment, blow out and winterize the lines, add winterizing chemicals and shock, and install the cover.
A careful closing also makes the next opening easier. If we notice equipment worth a closer look, we tell you before the pool sits for the off-season. Cleaning before winterization can be added for an additional charge.
